BUDDHA ÖPAGME, The BUDDHA of Limitless Light. By the vows of ÖPAGME to benefit all beings has arisen the BUDDHA-Field, the purified mental sphere of DEWACHEN (SUKRAVATI), where those having a mental bond with HIM, or with the LAMAs giving HIS initiation, are born after this life, and where through 10 stages we reach full Enlightenment. Beings on the way through the 10 stages emanate as "TULKUS", incarnations working for the good of all.
